Maggie TucciMaggie lives in the Rocky Mountains with her husband, Devin, their two children, William and Charlie, and their energetic dogs, Abby and Nellie. Their family is growing, with a new addition expected in January 2025! In her free time, Maggie is outdoors, whether she’s trail running, snowboarding, hiking, camping, or fishing with her family – they love to explore nature together.
With a passion for working with children, Maggie holds a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Colorado, Denver, and is a licensed professional in Early Childhood Special Education. In September 2022, their daughter, Charlie, was born. Just nine days later, a medical emergency led to her being flown to Children’s Hospital, where she was diagnosed with parechovirus meningitis. After nearly a month in the NICU, the family learned Charlie would face lifelong challenges, including a visual impairment, cortical visual impairment (CVI). Maggie is deeply committed to ensuring that Charlie experiences a life full of adventure, regardless of her disability. She is passionate about advocating for families in rural Colorado, where access to therapy and early intervention can be limited, striving to give every child the support they need. |
