We are dedicated to serving families with very young children who are blind, deaf-blind or visually impaired

Our Mission

Our mission is to educate, inspire, and empower families to nurture the development of their very young children who are blind or visually impaired so that all children may discover their brightest future.

Our Goal

Our goal is that all families of children with visual impairments have access to and receive essential early intervention services from a community of highly skilled and collaborative professionals.

Our Values

  • Family – We serve and empower families of children with visual impairments. We treat our network of early intervention providers and each other like our own family.
  • Quality – We deliver compassionate, high-quality and professional services to our families who have children with visual impairments.
  • Teamwork – We grow strong and meaningful partnerships with families who have children with visual impairments and the other early intervention providers that support their children.
A Shared Vision has filled an important role in Colorado, working with families of very young children with blindness, visual impairments, and deaf-blindness in their home settings.  The importance and benefits of early intervention services that truly address the impact of sensory loss upon the developing child and his or her family cannot be overstated.  The expertise, compassion, and commitment of the staff of A Shared Vision is deeply valued.”
