Peeps Play Dough

You can eat those marshmallow chicks during Easter, but it’s more fun to turn them into play dough.

Supplies

• Five Peeps marshmallow chicks or rabbits, in the same color
• 3 Tablespoons corn starch
• 2 teaspoons solid coconut oil
  

Directions

• Put five Peeps in a microwave-safe bowl with three tablespoons corn starch and two teaspoons solid coconut oil.
• Microwave on HIGH for 30 seconds. 
• Remove the bowl from the microwave and mix the ingredients well with a spoon. The Peeps will puff up and be hot.
• Once the ingredients are mixed in, you can use your hands to finish kneading the dough.  Your hands will get oily because coconut oil is a healthy moisturizer!
  

Now you can let your child roll, pat, or squeeze the dough. You can also cut out shapes for Easter.  Decorate the shapes with different colors of Peeps play dough.  Or roll the dough into a long coil and make an Easter basket for your Peeps play dough eggs. How many eggs are in your basket?  Let your creations air dry and harden so you can enjoy them all spring long!
